Past Life Regression is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. We can complete the session with a timeline regression in which the client is in a light trance. Clients are able to talk about their awareness as they view the past life content. I can also create a past life regression recording that the client can use at home to work with the past life content.
The first time you have a PLR the session will last 2 hours and will include a hypnotic assessment that will help to clarify which tools will serve you best in session. After you have your first session with me then you are welcome to register for a follow up PLR session which lasts 90 minutes.

90 minute Sole to Soul Reading - I offer a special kind of session I call a Soul to Sole Reading which lasts 90 minutes and is truly a transforming ritual. During this reading you will be given the Ayurvedic 5 elemental meaning of the toes along with a general overview of what your toes say. This is followed by a ritual foot bath, massage, and essential oil treatment. The session ends with me blind folding myself and offering you an intuitive reading of the energy and archetypes in your feet. Together in session we can release your subconscious blocks so that you navigate life with greater ease.
30 minute Sole to Soul Reading - This brief reading includes an overview of the Ayurvedic 5 elements that reside in your toes and foot. I will view your feet and share with you the intuitive insights that come from observing your toes in sacred space.
